What the Membership Year Looks Like
Impact 100 follows a thoughtful annual cycle that allows members to engage at many levels — from learning and connection to hands-on grant review and voting.
Grant Volunteer Training (Spring)
Members who wish to serve on grant committees receive training and orientation.
Letters of Intent & Grant Applications (Summer)
Local nonprofits submit proposals outlining projects that address critical community needs.
Season Kick-Off (Fall)
The Impact year begins with a Season Kick-Off event, welcoming new and returning members and setting the tone for the year ahead.
Grant Review & Site Visits (Winter)
Committees review applications, conduct financial reviews, and visit finalist organizations to better understand their impact.
Meet the Finalists (Winter)
Members gather to learn about the finalist organizations and their proposed projects.
Member Voting Period (Winter-Spring)
Members vote to determine which nonprofits receive Impact 100 grants.
Grant Awards Celebration & Annual Meeting (Spring)
The year culminates in the Grant Awards Celebration, where recipients are announced and the collective impact of our members is celebrated.
